The Daintree Tea Company was Established in 1978. Our tea is 100% Australian Black Tea that is grown, produced & processed here on our very own plantation in the heart of the Daintree Rainforest. Our Daintree Honey is 100% Raw Australian Honey that is produced from the bee hives on our plantation.
Yes! We ship all Daintree Tea Products Internationally.
Unfortunately we can NOT export Daintree Honey into New Zealand.
All our orders are processed through Australia Post via Express Post, eParcel or International Standard Pack & Track for Overseas Orders, depending on your location.
Australia Post will email eParcel & International tracking information as soon as your order is received and processed at the local Post office. You can track your order directly on the Australia Post webpage.
If you haven’t received your tracking notification email after 5-7 working days from the day your order was placed please contact us with your Invoice Number.
Once your order has been received and processed, orders are packed as quickly as possible & dispatched midday Monday & Thursday as Australia Postal Service is twice weekly in the beautiful Daintree Rainforest.
For Australian orders, shipping is included in the purchase price.
For international orders, shipping cost is calculated upon checkout.
Once your Daintree tea order has been dispatched it will normally arrive within 5-7 working days within Australia - depending on your location.
For International orders please allow 2-3 weeks.
Please ensure the delivery address and receivers name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been despatched.
If you would like to make a return or exchange after your order has been dispatched, please contact us directly & ensure that you have your Invoice Number.
