Please ensure the delivery address and receivers name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been despatched.
The Daintree Tea Company will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Once the payment is received, The Daintree Tea Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure the delivery of goods or performance of services is prompt, but shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the Customer for delay in delivery.
All domestic and international shipping of products is arranged via Australia Post.
You will receive email confirmation of your order after successful payment and another email confirming when your purchase has been shipped by Daintree Tea Company. The shipping confirmation email will include tracking information for you to track delivery of your purchase.
Please note that The Daintree Tea Company has no control over delivery times and no claim shall be made on account of late shipment or delivery, however it is caused.
Goods will be sent to the address that is provided by the Customer at the time of placing the order.
If wrong address or insufficient address is submitted, or a change of address is requested after the products are dispatched, then it is the Customers responsibility to get the product from the address firstly provided.
In the event that the Customer cancels any orders subsequent to dispatch by The Daintree Tea Company to the Customer (regardless of whether or not said order has been delivered to the customer yet), we will credit the Customer for the order value less 20% of restock fee on return in saleable condition of the items ordered provided such return is within 7 days of dispatch.
Freight charges will not be credited.
Unless agreed in writing by the insurance of a Goods Return Authority from us no goods will be accepted for credit after dispatch.
No goods will be accepted for credit if the goods are found to be tampered with or damaged.
The Customer shall be liable for all delivery and insurance charges incurred in respect of returned goods.
